We want you to be completely happy with all your purchases. Please review our Return Policy carefully. We must be notified of any problems within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. You can use the returns form below or call us at 888-314-8905 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm ET. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return any unopened items for a prompt refund or exchange. Items must be returned in the same quality as when they were delivered to you. So please pack well when returning and insure your package being returned. If the replacement item is higher in price, the customer must pay the difference, including any applicable tax. If the replacement item is lower in price, the difference will not be refunded, and no additional credit will be offered. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If we made a mistake in your order we will pay for shipping costs to return and exchange the product. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method.

  • All Returns must be accompanied with invoice or sales receipt and be in original condition.

  • Items discounted 35-50% or more are non-returnable.

  • Regularly Priced items must be returned (postmarked) within 30 days of sales receipt date for refund of the item(s) purchased (excluding shipping charges) on the original credit card.

  • We recommend that you send your return via insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns.
